- Small companies would do so more readily than large companies, I
- think. I use subcontractors and have hired employees in the past. I
- look for ability comensurate with the position, good attitude,
- reliability and availability of the person, and agreeable
- compensation. There are other factors, of course, but those are the
- main ones for me.
